Within this program, you’ll find mindfulness + meditation practices, movement practices, breath techniques, rest meditations for sleep - all an invitation to get you out of your head and into your body. These practices empower youth with tools to nurture self-awareness, promote healthy living and emotional well-being.My deepest intention is to support the mental, emotional & physical health of young adults.
Within this program for youth, there are pre-recorded classes from 5-30mins that they can come to anytime, anywhere as well as a LIVE virtual class on Zoom every Monday from 4:30-5:15pm to connect, move + breathe together.
