The Slow Down Series


This series is all about giving the nervous system a rest through yin, restorative, breath work, and yoga nidra practices. The intention of this series is to soothe the soul and to give your body some deep healing. To allow space for any stress, tension and anxiety that is weighing on you to lift. Each practice will be around 20-25 mins, very gentle and accessible for all. This series is great for beginners, those experiencing pain from arthritis and pre/post-natal friendly.
